Brian, didn't care what my income limits were. He talked with me at length about various properties, options etc. He got me in contact with various lenders and insurance companies. I literally met this man just a few days ago and yesterday 7/30/04 put a bid in on a property and am waiting to hear back. I got more from Mr. Alexander in a few days than from several realty companies in a little over a month!
